Custom Order

Simple steps to design a straw or a felt hat for your own.

1. Measure Your Head size.

This might be the most important step for a custom order.

*Take a flexible measuring tape and measure circumference of head just 1 ½” above from your ears, which usually is the widest part of your head, or where you want your hat to be sit on head. Please make sure how comfortable you want your hat to be sit on head. Measure 2-3 times to be accurate.

2. Choose a style.

Bowler, Fedora, Pork Pie, or any shape of your favor

3. Choose a material and a color of your hat.

Felt- 100% Wool, cashmere, rabbit fur of Velour, Salome, Beaver, Suede finish, and more

Straw- Panama, Sisal, Parasisal, Raffia, Bao, Seagrass, and more

4. Choose a Brim finish

Natural cut, Welt(Turned), Ribbon bound, Frayed edge

5. Choose a trim.

Ribbon, Leather, Feather, Combination, or any of your creation
