As our merchandise is made to order, please allow us 2-3weeks for a delivery.

We are not responsible for international duties and taxes and international orders are considered a final sale.

REFUND/RETURN

We have a strict no refund policy. All our merchandise is made to order with the highest quality standards and carefully inspected before being shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please inspect your merchandise upon receipt.

Merchandise may only be returned for exchange. Any claims of items which are incorrect or defective must be made via email within 48 hours of receipt, and all returns must be authorized by us prior to sending the merchandise back within 7 days. Any claims after this date will not be accepted.

The merchandise must be returned in the same condition you received it with the original packaging, with any tags remaining in place. Items that have been worn are not eligible for exchange. Any shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your returned items does not meet the requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.
